Finance & Marketing Director
Having been in the healthcare industry for more than a decade, James has been providing care to communities throughout the state of Maryland, Florida, Texas, Alabama, and California. As a family-owned business, James and Twenty Four Hour Dependable Medical have been a pillar in the city of Baltimore for the last 15 years. As you would expect, James’s personal vision of caring for patients in their home through the provision of equipment and supplies is tightly tied to that of Twenty Four Hour Dependable Medical. The opportunity to keep your loved one in the home while providing the best care that’s on the market is his driving force. As a veteran, James knows what it means to serve others. While also serving, James is currently in school completing his Master’s in Business Administration & Organizational Leadership. The opportunity to meet the need today while preparing for tomorrow is a core principle for James and the Twenty Four Hour family.
Nykita S. Allen
Registered Nurse
Having over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Nykita has played a pivotal role in helping Twenty Four Hour Dependable Medical to further our influence to reach more patients nationwide! Nykita started nursing career as a Registered Nurse in 2012 after earning an Associate of Science degree in Nursing. Nursing experience includes in a Medical ICU for 6 years, Perinatal units for 3 years, Precare/PACU in ambulatory surgery for 2 years, Home Health Case Management for 2 years, Adjunct Clinical Nursing Faculty for 3 years, and Travel Nursing mostly assisting with COVID vaccinations for 1 year. Nykita has also completed the RN to BSN program with Johns Hopkins earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2017. In 2019 she earned a Master of Science in Nursing Education. Additionally, she is currently enrolled in a post-graduate Family Nurse Practitioner program expecting to graduate in the fall of 2022. As Quality Assurance Officer, Nykita ensures that we are giving the best care around to our customers, while also staying within state and federal regulations.
Erica D. Cooper
Medical Administrative/Reimbursement Director
Since the beginning, Erica has been critical to the success of Twenty Four Hour Dependable Medical. Erica has been with Twenty Four Hour since its inception being a member on the board of directors. Throughout the years, Erica has held several roles within the healthcare field including compliance, accreditation, and management functions. Additionally, as the Director of Reimbursement, she is responsible for developing and implementing reimbursement strategy across the organization. Since then, Erica has help Twenty Four Hour Dependable Medical raise profits over 200% over the last three years. Erica also has completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Healthcare Administration. Erica serves the community with passion, integrity, teamwork, and takes great pride in making Twenty Four Hour Dependable Medical what it is today.
Cherylette M. Henderson
President & CEO
Having over 30 years in the healthcare industry, Cherylette knows what it means to be right there when you need us, which is the company's motto. But here at Twenty Four Hour Dependable Medical, it is more than just a motto. It is one of the founding principles that Cherylette has founded the company on. Cherylette started Twenty Four Hour Dependable Medical on March 8, 2007 in honor of her late mother, Ethel Mae Robinson. Since then, Cherylette has been known throughout the city of Baltimore and state of Maryland to provide excellent care and a unique experience to all her patients and customers she has the pleasure of taking care of. Over the years, Cherylette has completed her bachelor’s in Healthcare Management and Master’s in Healthcare Administration. She is currently enrolled in a PHD program to complete her post-graduate degree in Healthcare Administration. Additionally, Cherylette has taken the company nationally, now serving the states of Florida, Texas, Georgia, Alabama, and California. Cherylette’s top mission is to not only provide optimal care for your loved one, but to provide the best care that is offered in the DME field, and she continues to do that to this day.
